Eligibility

The TTC has established eligibility guidelines for use of its Wheel-Trans paratransit service, based upon the permanency of an individual's disability, as well as their level of physical functional mobility. All Wheel-Trans applicants, regardless of mobility status, are required to attend an in-person interview in order to determine eligibility. Please note that interviews are by appointment only.

Please call Wheel-Trans Customer Service at (416) 393-4111 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to make arrangements for an interview or if you have any questions about the process for applying for Wheel-Trans. You can also email Customer Service at wtcs@ttc.ca.

Advance Booking Requirement

Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of travel, with limited availability for bookings made the same day as the day of travel.

Online Booking Information

Online booking is available for Wheel-Trans registered users only, through the Online Trip Booking section of the Wheel-Trans website. Non-registered users should phone 416.393.4222.
