Hours of Service
The hours of service for care-A-van are as follows.
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:00am
Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00am
Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm

The booking office hours for care-A-van are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Wheeled Mobility Aids
care-A-van vehicles can accommodate wheeled mobility aids up to:
- 127 cm or 50 inches in length,
- 76 cm or 30 inches in width, and
- 272 kg or 600lbs in weight (when occupied).
