People with physical or functional disabilities that prevents the used of fixed-route transit may be eligible for paratransit services.

Booking Office Hours
The booking hours for DRT Specialized Services are as follows.
Monday to Friday: 5:30 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday: 6:30 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday: 7:30 am to 10:00 pm
Advance Booking Requirement
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of travel, up to a minimum of one business day in advance of travel.

Wheeled Mobility Aids
DRT Specialized Services vehicles provide four spaces for wheeled mobility aids. Vehicles can accommodate wheeled mobility aids up to 127 cm (48 inches) in length, 76 cm (30 inches) in width, and 362 kgs (800 lbs) in weight when occupied.
