County of Simcoe LINX PLUS+
LINX PLUS+ is the County of Simcoe’s specialized transit service. LINX PLUS+ is a pre-arranged door-to-door public service and/or service to and from conventional transit (LINX) for registered users.
Eligibility
If you are unable to use conventional public transit due to a physical disability or functional disability you may be eligible for travel on LINX PLUS+, the County of Simcoe's specialized transit service.

To apply for the LINX Plus+ Specialized transit download the Application Form. After completing all pages return it to the below address. Once received, the application will be reviewed within 7 calendar days and notification of eligibility will be sent to you. Please note that an incomplete application cannot be processed and will result in delays.

The hours of service for the County of Simcoe LINX Plus+ service is as follows
Monday – Friday: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
Booking Office Hours
The booking office hours of service for LINX PLUS+ are as follows.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

If a cancellation needs to be made, a minimum of 3 hours' notice is required to avoid extra charges.
Advance Booking Requirement
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of travel, with limited availability for bookings made the same day as the day of travel.
Trip bookings will be done in the order the requests are received. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your Client Identification Number and Name
- Date you need transportation
- Time of your pickup
- Address of pickup and accessible entrance (specific location required)
- Address of destination and accessible entrance (specific location required)
- Is anyone accompanying you?
- Whether you will be using a wheelchair or other mobility device
- Pickup time for your return trip
- Contact information for trip confirmation later in the day (phone number or email).
Wheeled Mobility Aids
LINX Plus+ vehicles can accommodate wheeled mobility aids up to:
- 106 cm or 42 inches in length,
- 76 cm or 30 inches in width, and
- 272 kg or 600 lbs in weight (when occupied).
