Niagara Region Transit

Service Overview

Niagara Region Transit is a regional public transit system operating in the Niagara Region of Ontario. Unlike other regional transit systems in the province, Niagara Region Transit operates with, rather than replaces, the existing municipal transit systems operating in the region by connecting them together. Niagara Region Transit is an inter-municipal transit service. Niagara Region Transit has bus routes between St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls and Welland, with extended feeder service to Port Colborne and Fort Erie. Niagara Region Transit is funded by Niagara Region and operated by the St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland transit operators. There is no service on Sundays or statutory holidays.
